Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Please note we do not offer free returns.

How to return your item:

Our returns and exchange process is super simple. Follow the simple steps below to initiate your return.

  • Step 1 - Visit your account to request a return HERE
  • Step 2 - Let us know using the self return option if you'd like a refund or an exchange.
  • Step 3 - Send your item back to us using the address label and return form provided.
  • Step 4 - Once we receive your item we will process a refund or send a replacement within 3 working days.

Note: If you do not have access to a printer, please include a hand written note with your return stating the full retrun details.

Good to know...

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on pierced items. 

You have 30 days to send your unwanted item(s) back to us from the date your parcel is delivered. Please note we do not offer free returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning from outside the UK?
Customs declarations for all International (Including the EU as of 1st Jan 2021) returns must be marked 'Returned goods. No commercial value'

Once we receive your return we will process a refund or send your replacement within 3 working dasy.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept return of pierced items such as earrings and body rings.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
